Live in care means care services are provided to you on a 24 hour basis. Choosing this option means having care and support in the comfort of your home, this is an alternative to moving into a residential or nursing home. This can either be on a short-term basis following discharge from hospital. The service aims to support the client to get back to full recovery. It is also a long-term solution if the client has health challenges or complex needs.
